- Knowledge and Communication: Show reasonable knowledge of the NWT and its economy and demonstrate communication skills suitable for conducting business in the NWT and integrating into the local community.
- Experience and Education: Possess the necessary experience and education to successfully implement your business plan.
- Financial Resources: Show sufficient financial resources to start and operate your business and support yourself and any dependents during the Business Performance Agreement’s duration.
