Expert in Canadian Immigration Law

Lotica Liddle, the CEO and Co-Founder of Global Venture Visa, immigrated to Canada over 20 years ago and made her home in Oakville, Ontario. With over 10 years of experience as a Senior Talent Advisor and as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (IRCC), Lotica specializes in supporting entrepreneurs and innovators through the Start-Up Visa Program. Lotica is fluent in English, Urdu, and Hindi, enabling her to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients.

Valentina Novikova
Visionary Co-Founder

Valentina Novikova, COO and Co-Founder of Global Venture Visa, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and an MBA from ESADE Business School in Spain. She also has a certification in Startup Innovation from the University of Salamanca and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) at the prestigious University of Montreal. Fluent in Spanish and English, Valentina possesses a deep understanding of the complexities of the Canadian immigration system and is dedicated to serving the immigrant community.
